I love kids and enjoy teaching them new things. Watching how they absorb information, process and apply concepts amazes me. I started taking education classes in college when a family emergency brought me home to NJ for a semester. Due to scheduling conflicts and my interest in communication studies, upon my return to college I took a few communication classes and was hooked. I graduated from Northeastern University (Boston, MA) with a degree in Organizational and Media Communications. Coming from large family with many cousins, most older than I me, I’ve been changing diapers since I was 10 years old. I would babysit for families in town in Jr. High and High School and then a part-time nanny while in college. Since then, helping out friends and family as needed. In an effort to pay off student loans sooner than later, I once again have come back to babysitting for some extra cash and playtime.

  I have 21 years of work experience dealing with children ranging from new born's to 7 years old.   My previous work as a babysitter involved taking care of three children, newborn to 5 years old. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, I have completed the requirements for Infant and Child CPR program.   Responsibilities included, feeding, bathing, preparing fresh healthy food, teaching children manners and discipline, and assist with various household responsibilities. Additional responsibilities included communicating with parents on a daily basis about their children's physical activities (ex park, arranging play dates, school lessons etc.  I am willing to start on the job immediately.
